The AI is trained on your services, pricing rules, and service area, so it handles the vast majority of calls on its own. For anything outside its scope, it politely takes a message with all the caller's details and immediately texts and emails it to you — or, on Pro and Premium plans, transfers or escalates urgent calls based on rules you set. Either way, no lead is ever lost.
We connect AnswerCatch to the calendar you already use — Google Calendar, Outlook, or your field-service software. During the call, the AI checks your real availability, offers the caller open appointment windows, and books the job directly onto your schedule. The moment it's confirmed, you get a text and email with the caller's name, number, address, and the details of the job.
